Quels sont les nouveaux enjeux de ce canal ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Jeremy Dahan : \u00c0 court terme, le circuit doit reconstituer ses viviers de talents suite aux fermetures partielles des a\u00e9roports pendant une longue p\u00e9riode, mais aussi retrouver le chemin de la croissance en se passant des acheteurs de poids qu\u2019\u00e9taient les voyageurs chinois et russes. C\u2019est un enjeu de taille avec encore de belles opportunit\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019on sait que le taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du travel retail est de l\u2019ordre de 50 %.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\">Et \u00e0 plus long terme ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Jeremy Dahan :\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Les questions environnementales n\u2019\u00e9chappent pas au travel retail et deviennent d\u2019autant plus une attente des clients que l\u2019activit\u00e9 du transport a\u00e9rien est polluante. L\u2019empreinte carbone est au centre des pr\u00e9occupations et tous les donneurs d\u2019ordre sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 l&rsquo;action pour apporter des solutions. Le groupe GLOBE est d\u2019ailleurs certifi\u00e9 Ecovadis. La retail experience est aussi le sujet qui br\u00fble les l\u00e8vres. Omnicanalit\u00e9, parcours client, th\u00e9atralisation, storytelling sont devenus des passages oblig\u00e9s pour s\u00e9duire le voyageur et conclure la vente. Le march\u00e9 est devant nous. Le business du travel retail va s\u2019amplifier et nous nous y pr\u00e9parons.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Dans quel contexte avez-vous engag\u00e9 les pourparlers pour la reprise de Synergy Promotions ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Jeremy Dahan :\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Depuis 1997, avec notre filiale GLOBE Travel Retail (anciennement Partema), nous accompagnons nos clients \u2013 les grands donneurs d\u2019ordre internationaux aussi bien en grande distribution qu\u2019en s\u00e9lectif \u2013 dans les boutiques Duty Free qui sont les centres commerciaux r\u00e9unissant le plus de CSP+ de la plan\u00e8te. Op\u00e9rant d\u00e9j\u00e0 en France et en Suisse, il \u00e9tait naturel pour nous de nous orienter vers le Royaume- Uni, hub europ\u00e9en majeur du travel retail. Les discussions entre GLOBE Groupe et Synergy Promotions ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 pendant la Covid, dans un moment o\u00f9 la consolidation de cette industrie semblait in\u00e9vitable pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux du march\u00e9.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Quels sont ces enjeux ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Jeremy Dahan :\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Le travel retail est domin\u00e9 par de gros acteurs que sont les a\u00e9roports, les industriels et les enseignes. Une communaut\u00e9 de sous-traitants de petite taille de type PME s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e autour de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me sans avoir la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre de fa\u00e7on globale mais plut\u00f4t localis\u00e9e. Leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action est limit\u00e9e et la crise a aussi point\u00e9 du doigt leur fragilit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, le travel retail est en attente d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse plurim\u00e9tier et multig\u00e9ographique \u00e0 laquelle ils ne sont pas en mesure de r\u00e9pondre.
