D\u00e9couvrez le r\u00e9capitulatif de cette interview et les points cl\u00e9s \u00e0 retenir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des actions on et off line internalis\u00e9es <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jeremy Dahan\u00a0le souligne : \u00ab\u00a0<em>nous pr\u00e9conisons des actions on et off line \u00e0 des clients de renomm\u00e9e mondiale [\u2026] et assurons toutes les prestations ainsi que l\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/em> \u00bb. En effet, les actions propos\u00e9es par GLOBE Groupe et ses filiales sont nombreuses, et toutes internalis\u00e9es. Que ce soit sur de l\u2019offline, avec par exemple l\u2019offre de pop-up store cl\u00e9 en main \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globe-shopper.fr\/fr\/?p=5407\">Pop\u2019Up Mall<\/a>\u201d, les activations et animations commerciales en magasin, en gare, les roadshows, le travel retail, les \u00e9quipes d\u2019ambassadeurs de vente en magasins et chez les retailers (notamment depuis le rachat de l\u2019agence TechSell, en 2019)\u2026 Le Groupe ma\u00eetrise efficacement l\u2019offline et cela reste toujours sa priorit\u00e9, puisque \u00ab\u00a0<em>80% des ventes se font encore dans le physique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb indique Jeremy Dahan. Mais c\u2019est l\u2019online qui est \u00e9galement entr\u00e9 dans les expertises du groupe depuis plusieurs mois, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/globeliveshopping.com\/\">une offre de live shopping<\/a> notamment. Le but\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il n\u2019est pas question d\u2019abandonner notre m\u00e9tier historique, mais il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9passer l\u2019omnicanal pour aller vers le no canal\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb r\u00e9pond le Pr\u00e9sident de GLOBE Groupe.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le live shopping <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mais pour activer les ventes en ligne, GLOBE Groupe n\u2019a pas voulu mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u2019Humain. \u00ab <em>Nous int\u00e9grons sur les marketplaces ce dont les consommateurs ont besoin\u00a0: des conseils personnalis\u00e9s, des d\u00e9monstrations, une proximit\u00e9 et un \u00e9change humain \u00e0 travers des consultations vid\u00e9o en live avec des vendeurs digitalis\u00e9s [\u2026]<\/em> \u00bb comme l\u2019explique Jeremy Dahan. Garder cette humanit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle tiennent les consommateurs pour booster les ventes sur les marketplaces des retailers : c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 GLOBE Groupe.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La formation digitale<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la vente en ligne, c\u2019est \u00e9galement la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionco.fr\/thematique\/management-1214\/breves\/techsell-lance-formation-digitale-equipes-commerciales-358215.htm#\">formation en ligne<\/a> qui n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas au Groupe\u00a0: \u00e0 travers sa filiale d\u2019externalisation commerciale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsell.fr\/\">TechSell<\/a>, GLOBE Groupe propose \u00e9galement une \u00ab <em>plateforme de formation digitale personnalisable et adapt\u00e9e aux probl\u00e9matiques des marques et des retailers<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.
