Die L\u00f6sung: Die Kontrolle \u00fcber das Verkaufspersonal zur\u00fcckzugewinnen.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Lanc\u00f4me Beauties sind handverlesene Beauty-Experten, mit einem tiefen Marken- und Produkt-Knowhow quer durch alle Lanc\u00f4me-Ranges (Hautdiagnostik, Accessories, Parf\u00fcmms, etc.) sowie bestens mit den Besonderheiten des Parf\u00fcmerie-Fachhandels vertraut und ganzj\u00e4hrig in den M\u00e4rkten pr\u00e4sent.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grundpfeiler des Systems: die hoch-qualitative Schulung der Lanc\u00f4me-Beauty-Experten. Ein Schulungsprogramm \u00fcber das gesamte Jahr verteilt mit Schulungsseminaren, gest\u00fctzt von einem markeneigenem Incentive-Programm, um die Markenbindung der Experten zu st\u00e4rken und den Austausch von Best Practices zu f\u00f6rdern. Durch die langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit konnten im Laufe der Zeit innovative Tools wie Video-Lebenslauf, eine markeneigene E-Learning-Plattform sowie eine spezifische Verkaufs-App entwickelt werden.
